[git-buildpackage] Do NOT run lintian after building the package

gbp doesn't run lintia by default. What builder are you using? Check

   gbp config buildpackage

or a build log.  If using debuild use the --no-lintian. If triggering it
via a post-build hook you can disable it by disabling the hook.
