[whatmaps] Bug#1027317: whatmaps: lsb module is more in python 3 and so it shows a warning when detecting the distro

Dear Maintainer,

Everytime i run apt it shows "WARNING: Unknown distro but dpkg found, assuming
Debian" because of /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/50whatmaps_apt

On further inspection the problem seems to be in whatmaps/distro.py failing to
load lsb module

I had this package manually installed not sure why, so i just uninstalled it to
fix it
