[git-buildpackage] Git-buildpackage-rpm patchset 2015-04-01

Hello,

I rebased my branches in my GitHub repository
(git://github.com/marquiz/git-buildpackage-rpm.git) on top of the latest
upstream. I.e. branches:
  experimental-rpm
  feature/argparse
  feature/buildpackage-rpm
  feature/import-srpm
  feature/misc
  feature/pq-rpm
  feature/python-pkg-resources

In addition to the rebase, the 'feature/misc' branch contains two new
patches:
  [d1aee73] pq: make sure we always get a sane author
  [e912ada] docs: enable building html docs with docbook2html


The 'experimental-rpm' is a merger of the
feature/{misc,import-srpm,pq-rpm,buildpackage-rpm} branches, as before.
